A skilled nursing facility in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Director to lead our housekeeping and laundry departments. This leadership role is vital to ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping and laundry services
• Develop and maintain cleaning and infection control protocols in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
• Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
