This role is critical in bridging design and production, ensuring precision machining of components that meet stringent aerospace standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software for milling, turning, and drilling operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate machine instructions.
• Select appropriate tools, materials, and machining strategies for each job.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and refine programs.
• Conduct test runs and adjust programs to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of CNC programs, tooling setups, and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all machining operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
