The Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for all positions throughout the Home Office along with Claims and Sales field staff. The incumbent will also be responsible for the onboarding process for those they recruit. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a general knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. A strong desire for building relationships and understanding the importance of strong customer service is essential.
