A company is looking for a Tax Manager - Corporate / Business Entities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and review complex business tax returns and related provisions
Supervise project teams and maintain client relationships
Conduct due diligence for M&A activities and provide guidance on tax implications
Required Qualifications
Active CPA License
5+ years of public accounting experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
Experience with business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040) and multi-state returns
Familiarity with partnership basis adjustments and foreign reporting
Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications
