Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Daytime Hospitalist MD or DO to provide medical services exclusively within a hospital setting in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, FL. The hospitalist will closely collaborate with primary care physicians, documenting patient care and ensuring seamless communication. As part of one of the largest independent physician groups in Florida, successful candidates will enjoy autonomy in their practice and contribute to innovative value-based care initiatives.

We currently have an opportunity for a Daytime Hospitalist MD or DO medical practitioner to join our team in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, FL.

Millennium Physician Group has openings for Daytime Hospitalists in the Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte , Florida area.

• Provide licensed medical services to patients in the hospital and works closely with their primary care physician.
• Work only in the hospital environment and the primary care physician works only in the office environment.
• Document the patient's care while in the hospital and communicates that information to the primary care physician through various mediums.
