Job Description :

We have an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. These are not eDiscovery document review positions.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyzing claim documents
  • Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel
  • Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
  • Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project co-ordinators, and / or other project team members
  • Providing best-in-class customer service to both internal and external clients. The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required

Qualifications :

  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
  • Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Litigation experience preferred
  • Class action and / or mass tort experience a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility
  • Customer service approach

  • Attention to detail, effective communication, ability to work independently

    • Base pay range : $30.00 / hr - $32.00 / hr
