• Have two or more years of experience in workers' compensation or personal injury litigation.
• Have excellent writing and English grammar skills,
• Be capable of handling client concerns in a timely and effective manner,
• Be self-motivated and resourceful in litigating high-value cases,
• Be keenly interested in the well-being of vulnerable clients fighting an unjust system.
• A bilingual English / Spanish speaker a plus.
