Senior Construction Scheduler

Ameritech Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Scheduler  to join our Operations Team. This role will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules using  Primavera P6 . The Scheduler will work closely with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, progress tracking, and timely completion of projects. Remote option available.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in  Primavera P6  across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations staff to establish baselines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, variance analysis, and schedule impact assessments.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate schedule performance to leadership and clients.
• Identify potential risks and delays, propose recovery plans, and support proactive problem-solving.
• Maintain historical schedule data for use in forecasting and future project planning.
• Support resource loading and allocation within the schedule to align manpower and equipment with project needs.
• Coordinate schedule reviews and updates with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
