MGC Contractors, Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned Corporation. We specialize in all forms of water and wastewater general contracting including Job Order Contracting, Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Bid-Build, and Design-Build throughout Arizona, Texas, Utah, and New Mexico.

MGC Contractors, Inc is looking for Project Engineers to join our Arizona Division in the Phoenix metro area.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• General Contract and Subcontract administration
• Construction scheduling
• Procurement and expediting of material and equipment
• Mechanical, electrical and piping systems coordination
• Project cost review, reporting, updating, and accounting
• Review of subcontractor applications for payment
• Participation in project meetings
• Supervision / coordination of subcontractors field installations
• Review / negotiate change proposal pricing from subcontractors and prepare change proposals for self-performed work
• Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and equipment
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
