A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join their Activation Services team in a remote work opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage EZLynx implementation projects, ensuring high-quality execution and communication with customers and internal teams
Identify and manage customer expectations, providing guidance on best practices and workflows
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management or software implementation experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
Hands-on experience using EZLynx software is a plus
