A company is looking for an Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Risk Adjustment Program Management Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple interrelated projects for the IFP Risk Adjustment team, ensuring financial tracking and budgetary compliance
Develop financial strategies, including budget management, risk identification, and mitigation plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee compliance-related activities while engaging with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field preferred
5+ years of relevant work experience required
Healthcare industry experience and / or HHS Risk Adjustment experience highly preferred
Strong understanding of financial processes, including forecasting and reporting
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
