We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage our financial information and ensure our financial operations are running smoothly. This role is vital to our company's success, as you will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. You will also be in charge of reconciling accounts to ensure their accuracy. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow and thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge technology environment.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to : A / P, A / R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular ledger procedures.
• Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, and analysis.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations.
• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
