Key Responsibilities
Lead initial contact with insured, vendors, and other parties to gather claim information and coordinate inspections
Schedule appropriate resources based on geography, expenses, expertise, and availability
Maintain an up-to-date scheduling system and partner with internal departments for timely staffing of incoming claims
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service and a customer-oriented approach
Ability to determine effective staffing solutions while balancing cost and response time
Comfortable working in urgent environments and interacting with individuals facing traumatic situations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
