Location : 200 Country Club Road, Meadowlands, PA 15347 (Meadowlands Division)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

About the Role

We are seeking a General Laborer to work in our Metal Finishing and Deburring Department. This position is perfect for candidates with little to no experience but who would enjoy working in a repetitive, manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our product leaves the facility packaged and labeled correctly. The primary purpose of this position is to buff, polish, grind, sand, and deburr surfaces of metal parts. The goal is to achieve a quality finished look, while ensuring production levels are met.

What You’ll Do

  • Review router, drawings, specifications or sample parts to determine finish condition of work pieces, sequence of operations, and set up requirements.
  • Buff, polish, grind, sand, and deburr the surfaces of metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and knowledge of metal finishing techniques; examine the surface of metal to detect defects, such as dents, scratches, or breaks in metal.
  • Ensure parts are marked with part and customer numbers for traceability purposes.
  • Package parts in accordance with customer and company requirements.
  • Work with a variety of calipers or micrometers.

  • Required :

    • High school diploma / GED and / or relevant work experience.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with supplies and equipment.
  • We will train for the position.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
