About The Position

Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy

Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday, Days

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week

Experience : Open to new graduates; SNF experience preferred

License : State License Verification required

Certifications : CPR (fundamental facilities)

Must-Have :

Completion of prescreen and submission of a resume and license verification
Relevant references and background checks

Job Description :

Assist in physical therapy sessions as directed by a licensed physical therapist

Support patient rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility environment

Experience with Rehab Optima preferred

Perform data entry and maintain patient records

Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions

Conduct routine administrative tasks

Foster a supportive and positive environment for recovery and wellness
