 What You'll Be Doing :

Be the go-to contact for customers - keeping them informed, updated, and taken care of

Track and trace shipments like a pro, making sure nothing gets lost in transit

Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers

Keep everything organized and up to date in our transportation management system (TMS)

Jump in to resolve delivery hiccups, billing questions, and anything else that pops up

Work with a fun, driven team that has each other's backs

易 What You Bring :

A high school diploma or GED (bonus points for college coursework)

1-3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or admin support

Solid communication skills and a get-it-done attitude

Ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems (TMS / CRM)
