Welcome to Willowcreek Rehab and Nursing  – Abilene's trusted long-term care provider, where we believe in delivering care with dignity, excellence, and a smile. We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team and help us raise the bar in resident care.

Your Role as ADON :

As our Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll be the right hand to the DON, helping lead our dedicated team of caregivers, ensuring top-tier clinical care, and fostering a culture of compassion and accountability.

What You’ll Do :

Support day-to-day clinical operations in our skilled nursing and long-term care units

Mentor and motivate nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor care plans

Step up when leadership is needed most

What We’re Looking For :

Current LVN or RN license in the State of Texas (required)

2+ years of nursing leadership experience in LTC or skilled nursing

Strong organizational and communication skills

A team-first mindset and a passion for elder care

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
