Description : Position Summary

This position will work on a variety of Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA / QC) projects in the Denver area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Administration of Owner Directed Testing
• Manage internal construction auditors
• Review all construction QC documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare QA / QC reports
• Verify and provide confidence that the construction work meets all the contractual requirements
• Manage construction inspections
• Implement quality planning
• Oversee quality assurance testing and inspections
• Coordinating with the City and County of Denver’s verification testing and inspections, and construction independent assurance tests
• Available on-site during construction and will not be assigned any other duties or responsibilities
• Ensure all processes set forth in the Construction Quality Management Program are adhered to by the construction team
• Orientation training of CQMP
• Develop and manage inspection and testing plan
• Implement measuring and test equipment control plan
• Personnel qualification verification
• Personnel selection
• Stop Work Authority

This is a full-time position with a base salary that ranges between $74,880 - $83,200 per year. In addition to salary, you are eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.
