Registered Nurse, RN - Home Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Fort Collins Visits team. This office works with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis in homes throughout Larimer and Weld Counties.

Schedule : Per Diem (+ Weekend Rotation)

One-year prior clinical experience as a Registered Nurse is required; Home Health experience preferred, but not required. As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Monitor clients' conditions

Qualifications For a BAYADA Nurse

A current Colorado nursing license in good standing

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Pay : $55-60 per visit point based on experience
