About the Role

This role is ideal for a researcher who has mastered project logistics and is now looking to expand their skills in leading conversations and projects. Youll moderate focus groups, interviews, and ethnographic sessions (with guidance and training available), and translate those experiences into clear, strategic recommendations for our clients.

Youll also play a critical role in project delivery; balancing the details of logistics with the bigger picture of delivering insight-rich outcomes. Our senior team will provide strong guidance and mentorship as you grow.

This role is hybrid (Chicago in-person, remote, domestic travel required for moderation).

What Youll Do

• Manage qualitative projects end-to-end, from setup and recruitment through moderation and reporting (with guidance from senior team members).
• Conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographies, and shopalongs(in-person and online).
• Turn findings into compelling narratives that inspire action.
• Build strong client relationships, contributing to presentations and discussions with confidence.
