Automotive Store Manager : $75,000-$140,000 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Manager Incentive Bonus + Paid Benefits)

What is the job?

  • Manage daily store operations and procedures.
  • Implement and execute company initiatives while motivating and training the team members.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies.
  • Confidently recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Receive training to become product experts in tires, wheels, services, and repairs.
  • Adhere to American Tire Depot's sales strategy and core values to foster lifelong customer relationships.

What will make you a great fit for our team?

  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • At least 1 year of automotive tire retail and service repair sales experience, plus 1 year in a management role.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related field.
  • Knowledge of tires, products, and mechanical services is highly desirable.
  • Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in communication, advising, recommending, and sales abilities.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service with high personal integrity.
  • Capability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in sales, services, and repairs.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift 70 lbs., and perform crouching, bending, and turning.
