Executive Director Lab Services
Provide direct oversight for group labs and regional directors. Promote and execute strategic vision for laboratory services. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance measures and quality metrics.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop service level agreement with hospital executives for rapid response lab services
- Evaluate send-out testing and develop plans for insourcing within group core lab
- Work with finance operations to set labor targets and monitor lab performance
- Monitors adherence to standard rapid response and core lab test menus
- Oversee internal and external customer service surveys / scores
- Assist with group operating budgets in each lab Identifies and applies best practice across group labs
- Monitors adherence to standard rapid response and core lab test menus

- Aligns with group business development to support expansion of care delivery sites
- Work with lab medical directors to establish and achieve quality initiatives

Required :
4 year / Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalentMLS or MLTMinimum of 7 years in Lab or Hospital LeadershipWorking knowledge of hospital budgeting and financial reportingUnderstanding of quality systems and adherence to regulatory standardsContinuous improvement across all operational processesKnowledge of CAP and CLIA regulationsPreferred :
