Art Director

We’re searching for a bold, trend-savvy creative leader to take ownership of a beloved consumer brand’s next evolution. This role will shape how millions of customers experience the brand — across digital, social, video, eCommerce, print, and in-store.

What You’ll Do

Set the Creative Vision ? Lead the visual direction of a nationally recognized brand across all touchpoints.

Drive Digital Storytelling ? Build eCommerce, social, and campaign assets that convert and inspire.

Elevate Product Launches ? Direct photo and video shoots, bringing new collections to life in fresh, trend-relevant ways.

Inspire & Lead ? Mentor and manage internal creatives, agencies, and freelancers while fostering a culture of design excellence.

Keep the Brand Competitive ? Track industry and cultural trends to ensure creative stays modern, bold, and relevant.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in brand creative, design, or art direction

Strong digital-first expertise in eCommerce, paid social, email, and video

A portfolio that shows concept-driven, product-focused creative across platforms

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or XD

Experience leading photography and video production

Proven leadership skills in managing teams and external partners

Bonus : background in motion design, animation, or 3D
