McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP is a Los Angeles-based plaintiff trial law firm seeking a full-time legal intake coordinator with experience in client intake and case screening . This position is a critical one as it is the first point of contact clients have with the firm. An important prerequisite for this position is the ability to demonstrate compassion and understanding to potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer high volume calls and online intakes
- Promptly contact and / or follow up with all potential clients via phone and email
- Obtain pertinent information from potential clients by asking them a series of questions professionally and respectfully
- Establish a relationship and rapport with potential clients by, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Add and update pertinent information into the firm’s Lead Docket and client management systems
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks as it relates to opening new cases, declining cases, and maintaining the firm’s database
Qualifications
Prior experience handling high volume calls in a law firmAbility to handle potential client calls with care and empathyAbility to remain calm with disrespectful or aggressive callersExtremely organized and detail-orientedExcellent customer service and directed listening skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsResourceful and motivated to work in fast-paced environmentExperience using online database software, MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe)Bilingual English and Spanish speaker a plusWhat We Offer
