Team Collaboration : Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and other team members, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth case progression. Business Development : Contribute to business growth by cultivating relationships, generating new clients, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Independent Work : Manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating solid time management and organizational skills. Board Certification : Be Board Certified in Marital and Family Law or have met the standards to apply for Board Certification. Experience : 5-10 years of experience in family law, including significant trial experience. Must have handled divorce, child support, and related matters, with a proven track record of success. Board Certification : Must be Board Certified in Marital and Family Law or have met the standards to apply for Board Certification. Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work empathetically with clients, lawyers, and staff. Ability to manage a caseload independently with strong time management and organizational skills. Confidence in litigating complex family law matters. High-Net-Worth Experience : Proven ability to manage complex, high-net-worth divorce cases and related family law matters. Leadership Experience : Demonstrated experience in managing or mentoring junior attorneys and support staff. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business demands.
