The Role

We’re looking for a versatile Front-End Developer / Designer who thrives in direct-to-consumer e-commerce. You’ll be responsible for rapidly building, designing, and testing landing pages that convert — from cloning pages and launching A / B tests to fine-tuning layouts in Figma.

This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) where you’ll partner with marketing to run continuous experiments and ensure our front-end experience stays modern, responsive, and conversion-focused.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and launch responsive landing pages (mobile-first).
  • Clone pages and deploy A / B and multivariate test variants fast.
  • Tweak layouts, CTAs, and imagery in Figma.
  • Add and validate tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
  • Optimize for speed, conversions, and accessibility .
  • Benchmark our funnels against top DTC brands.
  • Own a reusable front-end component library for scale.

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Portfolio of live consumer-facing websites / landing pages .
  • Experience in e-commerce / DTC funnels.
  • Hands-on A / B testing or CRO work (please describe).
  • Strong eye for conversion-focused design .
  • Comfort with Figma + simple image editing.
  • Fast, collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.

  • Experience with React / Next.js, Angular, or Vue.
  • Familiarity with PHP templating, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.
  • Proven wins improving conversion rates through UX / UI enhancements.
  • Page speed optimization and accessibility best practices.
