SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales and marketing teams through operational excellence. This role assists with maintaining CRM accuracy, supports marketing automation workflows, coordinates with third-party data providers, and produces reports that inform decision-making. The specialist will work closely with system owners and stakeholders to improve processes, support lead generation efforts, and help ensure the smooth execution of revenue operations initiatives.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce & Account Engagement Support
- Maintain and update Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support Account Engagement (Pardot) workflows and user needs, ensuring alignment with marketing efforts.
- Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate regular and ad hoc reports on bonds, GovSpend data, competitor analysis, and Dodge construction data.Pull targeted lead and account lists to support marketing campaigns and sales outreach efforts.Monitor and analyze pipeline and territory data to support strategic decision-making.Data Integrity & Process Optimization
Serve as the point of contact for 3rd-party data providers (e.g., Dodge, GovSpend).Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and duplicate records; implement corrections.Recommend process improvements to enhance CRM and marketing automation efficiency.Stakeholder Support & Enablement
Assist Sales and Marketing teams with CRM-related needs and basic troubleshooting.Develop and deliver training materials (written documentation, video tutorials) to support tool adoption and process compliance.Support system enhancements and assist in testing new features during system updates or integrations.Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related field.Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including creating and running reportsHands-on experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear training resources.Self-starter who takes initiative to move projects forward with minimal supervision.PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
