A company is looking for a Patient Safety Clinical Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough investigations of reported safety events and quality concerns
Utilize evidence-based practices and safety methodologies to analyze occurrences
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify trends and promote system-wide improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting required
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Critical care or acute care experience preferred
Certifications such as CPPS, CPHQ, or CRM preferred
