Facility near Harrisburg, PA seeking locums Surgery Center coverage Rates : $400 / hr Job Type : Part-Time Schedule : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (some shifts may go later) Start Date : October 13, 2025 (Urgent Coverage Needed) Responsibilities : Supervise up to four operating rooms with CRNAs. Work independently in an OR as needed. Perform anesthesia for a variety of cases, including ophthalmology (cataract, retina), GI (colonoscopy), ENT (T&A, BMT), plastic surgery, orthopedics, and more. Work with a rapid turnover of cases. One physician is required to stay until the last patient leaves the facility. Current Coverage Needs (Dates) : October 10, 2025 October 13, 2025 October 16, 2025 October 17, 2025 October 24, 2025 Requirements : Credential : MD or DO Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience Board Status : Board Certified or Board Eligible License : Active Pennsylvania state medical license required to apply. IMLC candidates will be considered. Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS Other : DEA license required Practice Information : Adult Percentage : 90% Pediatric Percentage : 10% EMR : Paper charting Privileges : Full and temporary privileges available (7-day credentialing process)
