Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, HR operations, and compliance. The HRIS Administrator will primarily support and optimize the UKG Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions) Time & Attendance system, while contributing to HR process improvement and employee training initiatives.
Location & Compensation
Location : Houston, Texas (On-site 4 days / Remote 1 day hybrid)
Salary Range : $70,000 – $80,000+ annual performance bonus
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the UKG Workforce Management system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
- Develop and implement workflows for time and attendance tracking and training management
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system use
- Generate reports and analyze data for compliance, performance, and decision-making
- Monitor system upgrades, recommend improvements, and adopt best practices
- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll and labor guidelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR and organizational initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience administering HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred)Associate's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)Strong technical skills in system configuration, troubleshooting, and reportingExcellent organizational and time-management skillsEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teamsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPreferred Skills & Qualifications
