About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Operations Coordinator to enhance the overall efficiency of LMT's daily operations. This role serves as a central liaison across all LMT teams, ensuring a seamless business environment by identifying potential risks, proactively addressing issues that could impact the customer experience or operational stability, and providing actionable recommendations to improve processes and performance. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys streamlining processes, coordinating projects, and enhancing team efficiency.

Principal Responsibilities
Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee and support daily business operations.Maintain ongoing communication with the Service Delivery Manager regarding updates, challenges, and team feedback.Provide recommendations to management for process and operational improvements .Collaborate with IT and Sales to create and push through client opportunities for special initiatives - including EOL hardware and critical vulnerability remediation - by verifying part numbers, and opportunity details, and ensuring initiatives are effectively transitioned from IT to Sales.Assist in the creation and maintenance of client opportunities for special LMT initiatives such as EOL , ensuring part numbers, pricing, and details are up to date.Support the management of Change Orders and ensure accurate documentation.Develop dashboard views and email reports to provide teams with actionable data, such as missed SLAs, CSAT scores, and call-back wait times.Serve as a key coordinator for internal projects .Coordinate meetings, track next steps, and capture project results.Collaborate with stakeholders.Manage client onboarding activities , including :Determining site visit and RM schedules.Coordinate client terminations , ensuring all internal and external steps are completed smoothly.Drive internal improvement initiatives , including documenting and updating procedures.Oversee account team transitions , scheduling internal and external meetings as needed.Maintain and update client information in ConnectWise , including identifying and implementing process improvements for data accuracy and maintenance.2-4 years of experience in IT operations, project coordination, or service delivery support (MSP experience preferred).Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in ConnectWise or similar PSA tools strongly preferred.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.Location : Due to the integral nature of this role, the IT Operations Coordinator is required to work onsite at the LMT office.
