Document Specialist

Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of disinfectants and other chemical products which help customers enhance building environments and improve equipment productivity. They are looking for a Regulatory Document Specialist to join their growing team!

Location : Cuyahoga County , OH

Schedule : M – Friday 8-5

Pay : $30 - $34 / hour

Job Summary :

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing safety documentation provided by vendors for raw materials, chemical mixtures, and purchased products. This includes comparing updated versions to existing files and documenting any differences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Request safety documents from new and current suppliers
• Track and organize incoming files and correspondence
• Compare updated materials with existing versions, highlight differences, and share findings with the regulatory team
• Add and maintain relevant metadata for each document
• Upload final versions to the internal tracking system
• Provide weekly progress updates to regulatory stakeholders
