Salary : Up to $110K Base DOE

We are a Leading Mid Size CPA firm based in the beautiful city of Omaha. The firm has grown to 40+ individuals over the last 15+ years, and are continuing to grow organically which is we're looking to add an experienced Senior Tax Associate to our growing team. Leadership is top of the market, coming from some of the major players in Omaha. We're a team and people focused environment and put those above all else. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Tax Associate to join our growing tax team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, and providing expert guidance on tax planning and compliance. This role is ideal for a tax professional who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.Assist in tax planning and research for clients across a variety of industries.Identify and resolve tax issues and propose effective solutions.Communicate with clients to gather information, clarify tax issues, and provide strategic guidance.Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and performance feedback.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations and deadlines.Stay up to date on changes in tax legislation and accounting standards.Support Tax Managers and Partners with client engagements and special projects.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s in Taxation is a plus.2+ years of public accounting tax experience.Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Compensation :
Salary based on Experience but can be upwards of $110K base
