Calling all retirees with a passion for creating positive change! We are in search of compassionate individuals to join our team as Non-Medical Care Companions.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED… WE TRAIN!

Under our unique model of peers-helping-peers, our Non-Medical Care Companions work one-on-one with elderly clients in the community, providing non-medical services that may include :

  • Companionship
  • Shopping / errands
  • Light housekeeping
  • Transportation
  • Activities
  • Meal prep
  • and more!

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Older adult / retiree with 50+ years of life experience
  • Compassionate, reliable, and flexible
  • Availability of at least 6-8 hours per week
  • Possess a valid driver's license and insured auto (our clients are not accessible by public transportation)
  • Personal cell phone
  • Private email account and ability to send / receive emails
  • Conversational English fluency
  • Live centrally in our Greater Boston / Metrowest service area with accessibility to multiple client locations including Arlington, Belmont, Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, Dedham, Framingham, Lexington, Natick, Needham, Newton, Sudbury, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston.
