About the Role :

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer with strong CNC machining experience and a proven track record in supporting manufacturing operations . This role is key to improving process efficiency, product quality, and operational performance through smart engineering solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead process engineering efforts across CNC machining and manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and improve CNC programs, work instructions, tooling, and fixtures.
  • Support daily production needs—troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and drive root cause analysis.
  • Create and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and set process parameters.
  • Perform process validations, statistical analysis, and capability studies.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and internal quality standards.
  • Train manufacturing staff on new processes, tools, and quality checks.
  • Support quoting, cost-reduction initiatives, and capital equipment projects.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong CNC machining expertise .
  • Experience supporting production floors and solving real-time manufacturing issues.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T.
  • Familiarity with medical device manufacturing and regulatory standards (ISO, FDA) is a plus.
  • Skilled in SolidWorks, SPC tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel and work extended hours as needed.
