Summary
Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector is responsible for performing inspections on manufactured products during all stages of production and completes final inspections before shipment. The Quality Control Inspector may also inspect incoming materials for accuracy and defects. This position will ensure that products meet engineering standards and customer quality expectations.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, production schedules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization. Bilingual English / Spanish helpful, but not required.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk for extended periods while moving between machines and throughout the plant to perform inspections. The employee is also frequently required to talk and hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit and use hands to handle, touch, or operate objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, including carrying and moving parts, materials, and products. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
