Technical Lead

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies

Monitor system reliability and troubleshoot software bugs and performance issues

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and mentor junior developers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

8-10 years of experience in software development

Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, MongoDB, API development, Kafka, and GoLang

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
