Cost Accountant

A company is looking for a Cost Analyst (Mid Level).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze cost reports, conduct costing audits, and perform monthly account reconciliations for inventory received but not yet billed

Manage all cost accounting functions using the Oracle system, including overseeing inventory transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting practices

Apply knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing processes to accomplish tasks under general supervision

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required

6+ months of relevant experience is required

Experience conducting monthly account reconciliations for inventory received but not yet billed is required

Ability to perform month-end closing processes and analyze cost of goods variances is required

Strong background in cost accounting is required
