FUNCIONES :

  • Revisión de fechas y correcta rotación de todos los productos cárnicos.
  • Verificación de los cortes para garantizar un aspecto de calidad.
  • Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad e higiene adecuados.
  • Ayudar a mantener un inventario preciso.
  • Envolver la carne y trabajar en las vitrinas del departamento.
  • Observar el mantenimiento adecuado de la báscula y la higiene
  • Tareas adicionales asignadas por el Encargado de Carnes de turno.

HABILIDADES : Capacidad para permanecer de forma segura cerca o alrededor del equipo de corte y picado de carne en el Departamento mientras está en funcionamiento.

REQUISITOS FÍSICOS DEL PUESTO :

Debe ser capaz de levantar y controlar hasta 40 libras. Este puesto implica estar de pie, caminar, alcanzar, girarse, inclinarse / agacharse y movimientos repetitivos de brazos y manos.
