A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on billing issues and complaints
Identifies solutions for billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts within established limits
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in billing or customer service roles
Ability to analyze and resolve complex billing issues
Familiarity with negotiation techniques
Understanding of consumer and commercial billing processes
High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
