Generations at Rock Island, in Rock Island, IL, has Immediate openings for a Registered Nurses (RNs) Full-time or Part-time on 1st and Part-time on 2nd shift (3-11p). We also have an Every other Weekend opening on 3rd shift.

!!$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full and Part-Time RN PAID OUT HOURLY AT $5 / PER HOUR!!

Full-time with All Benefits or Part-Time with Part-time Benefits : $37 / hour + Sign-on = $42 Full-time Waiving INSURANCE only or Part-Time Waiving Part-Time benefits : $42 / hour + Sign-on = $47 Full-Time No Benefits $44 / hour + Sign-on = $49 (PRN rate of $44 / hour not eligible for sign-on bonus)

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) :

Responsible for the delivery and management of individualized patient care through the nursing process

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Supervise CNAs and ensure shift is properly staffed

Organize and assign jobs to be completed

Administer medications and maintain a current report of narcotics received and used

Monitor infection control and universal precaution practices

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) :

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed in the State of Illinois

Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred

Strong organizational skills, detail oriented

Exemplary critical thinking capability

High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
