Position Title : Contract Analyst
Work Location : Austin, TX, USA 78746
Assignment Duration : 3 months
Work Schedule : Mon - Friday, either 9 am-5 pm or 8 am-5 pm
Work Arrangement : 100 Percent Onsite
Position Summary :
Will be working in support of the Medical Devices US Sales Division, the Strategic Pricing and Contracts Analyst will interface with Sales, Sales Management, Enterprise Accounts Sales personnel, and Finance, to apply business management principles and financial concepts that maximize the company's performance against sales and profit goals and minimize risk.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with field teams to develop pricing proposals and bulk purchase options.
- Draft, execute and implement contract documents upon request.
- Work within guidelines for contract approval, pricing approval and contract creation. Seek approvals when outside of guidelines.
- Possess a sense of urgency and ability to work under customer driven deadlines. This includes the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Owns contract creation from start to finish, utilizing internal and customer templates.
- Reviews contract terms and coordinate with Legal and other departments on contract redlines.
- Understanding GPO contractual obligations and the impacts they have on various contracting processes and product launches.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and with diverse workstyles.
Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in business, finance or strategic pricing and contracting preferred.Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, remain organised and work under general supervision.Proficient in the use of Word and PowerPoint, and have advanced skills in Excel.Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills required.Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with remote sites & business partners, including building relationships with sales personnel to be highly effective.Top Skills :
