What You'll Do :

Actively prospect and network to generate your own leads.

Conduct property inspections to assess damage and identify opportunities for roofing and solar solutions.

Create project estimates, proposals, and work orders.

Manage customer relationships, providing clear and consistent communication from start to finish.

Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth project execution.

What We Offer :

Competitive Compensation : Earn a guaranteed base pay of $700 per week for your first month to get you started. After the first month, your earnings will transition to a full commission structure with unlimited earning potential. Our top performers earn $85,000 to $150,000+ per year!

Comprehensive Training : No experience in roofing or solar? No problem! We provide a full online training dashboard, ongoing mentorship, and a supportive team environment to ensure your success.

Dual-Product Sales : Maximize your income by offering both roofing and solar solutions. These products go hand-in-hand, giving you more opportunities to close deals and serve your clients.

Qualifications :

A self-motivated, proactive attitude with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

A professional and clean appearance.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
