ROLE DESCRIPTION :

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and agency growth.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Oversee and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with agency departments as needed.
  • Leverage your expertise in our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or account management.
  • Valid Florida 220 license required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable and confident engaging in sales conversations.
  • COMPENSATION :

    Salary and commission are competitive and commensurate with experience.
