Must-Haves :

• Forklift and / or crane experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand on concrete flooring up to 10 hours per day, wear PPE, work outside in various weather conditions, and demonstrate adequate dexterity and stamina
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training
• Basic math skills
• Safety-oriented and highly reliable

Responsibilities Include :

This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM, plus occasional weekends as needed. As our Forklift Operator - Material Handler, you'll start your day prepping fiberglass tanks for shipment, working with tools like forklifts, overhead cranes, and boom cranes to safely move large products and parts. You'll measure and weigh packages, check for quality issues, and help pull parts and prep molds for the next round of production. Whether you're recording work records, identifying and correcting quality defects, or assisting senior team members with equipment setup and maintenance, you'll play an essential role in ensuring everything runs smoothly.
