We're seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to be the welcoming face and helpful hand for both new and returning Audien customers. If you're empathetic, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to help people rediscover the joy of hearing.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a professional, supportive manner.
• Assist new customers in selecting hearing aids that best suit their needs and preferences.
• Provide hands-on support to returning customers by troubleshooting and fixing minor product issues.
• Explain product features, usage, and care instructions clearly and effectively.
• Process customer returns or exchanges in line with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized storefront environment.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance and operations teams by sharing customer feedback.
