We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Washington DC regional team. This is a high-activity, phone-based sales role focused on generating qualified appointments and building relationships with business decision-makers across the region.

Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many potential clients—introducing them to Jani-King’s services, identifying needs, and scheduling in-person meetings for our outside sales team.
Success in this role requires confidence on the phone, strong communication skills, and the drive to meet and exceed daily activity goals.

This position is based at our Jani-King Washington DC Regional Office, located at :

Fairfax, VA 22030
You’ll work primarily on-site in a professional office setting with daily collaboration, team engagement, and phone-based outreach to businesses across the Washington DC region. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you’ll be speaking with a variety of business decision-makers throughout the day.
Expect a structured, goal-focused atmosphere with the tools, training, and support to succeed. While the majority of your time will be spent on the phone and computer, you’ll also participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and occasional in-person events or networking opportunities.
