Role overview
Join our manufacturing team to support line operations, uphold product quality, and maintain a safe workplace. You will perform visual inspections of molded components, remove excess flash to meet quality requirements, load products onto production lines, and continuously monitor equipment for abnormalities, reporting issues to supervision. You’ll follow OSHA safety practices and participate in ongoing training to adopt new technologies and methods.
Work schedule
- 12-hour shifts : 7am–7pm (day) or 7pm–7am (night)
- Rotating cycle : one 3-day week followed by one 5-day week
- Week A : Tuesday–Thursday
- Week B : Monday, Friday–Sunday
