Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of radiology experience and required ARRT(R) certification for a 3P-11 : 30P shift.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a CT department utilizing GE equipment
  • Four 8-hour evening shifts per week (3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM)
  • Support provided by a team of two other technologists
  • Occasional assistance with X-Ray procedures may be requested
  • Serves adult and possibly varied patient populations
  • Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted
  • Pass / fail EKG testing is required on the first day with two attempts allowed and study guides provided
  • Responsibilities include gathering, organizing, verifying, and analyzing data for multi-step imaging procedures and producing results within established standards
  • Collaboration with a supportive team of experienced staff
  • Dress code and scrubs requirements not specified

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of radiology experience required, with at least 1 year of CT experience strongly preferred
  • Required certifications : ARRT(R) and current BLS
  • Must possess an active Ohio Department of Health license for Radiologic Technologist; license required if applicable
  • Preferred : ARRT(R)(CT) and ACLS
  • Broad range of technical skills in Radiology / CT modalities required
  • Ability to operate complex imaging equipment
