As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your responsibilities include monitoring access points, managing badge and visitor processes, and helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and attention to detail. You will use technology such as computers or tablets to support your duties. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
